YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE DOOR upon arrival.
Load-In starts at noon on Friday, March 19th and goes until 8:00 p.m.
Load in on Saturday, April 18th starts 7:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m.
At 9:45 a.m. We will and lock the doors. Any booths not claimed by 9:45 a.m. will be forfeited to their booth neighbors. Call me if you have any questions, If you text I will most likely not answer until night time. 217 622 5448 Mickey
Each booth space will be a 10x10 with one 6ft table, and 2 chairs. 10. We will have no extra tables to sell. So if you need more fixtures, you'll need to provide them.
Additional Rules: any violation of these rules will result in Removal from the propriety.
1. DO NOT ask our guests for free autographs or selfies.
2.DO NOT come into the Green Room.
3. YOU MUST wear your badge at all time
4. If you are not in the building ready to go by 9:45 a.m., Saturday and Sunday. You will need to get in line with everyone else at the door.
5. DO NOT load though the front door

We are working with the President Abraham Lincoln Doubletree Springfield, Illinois as our Host Hotel. All of our crew and celebrities will be staying at this hotel as well. It is $137 a night with tax if you book using the code below or calling using the number below,

Every year we offer to make small graphics for each of our vendors. If you would like to have a graphic to advertise your business at our event, please send us a couple of photographs, your business name.
We spend a lot of time, money, and effort to promote for all our events. Please feel free to save our banner graphics and promote them on your social medias. We heavily encourage that if you are a business that buys to please advertise that you purchase or trade products at the show. We have a lot of people showing up to sell things now as well as to buy.
